Scope of application:
Applicable to all kinds of structural components such as walls, doors, sliding doors, no doors, windows, columns, shutter doors, fire smoke exhaust valve, in the standard fire conditions to determine its fire resistance.
Standard:
In line with GB/T9978.1-2008, ISO834-1:1999, GB/T9978.4-2008, ISO834 4:2000, GB/T9978.8-2008, ISO834-8:2000, GB/T7633 -2008, ISO3008-2007, GB15930-2007 test standards.

2.Loading device: adopts mechanical loading to move the bridge crane in the building.Can simulate uniformly distributed loading, concentrated loading, axial loading or eccentric loading.

14.The temperature and pressure control in the furnace is realized by connecting the RS485 of the computer to the control system. The dc output voltage of the sensor of combustion test, such as thermocouple and pressure sensor, is converted into digital form, which can then be transmitted to the display and storage of the computer system.

Technical parameters:
1. Instrument composition: refractory testing furnace, gas flow measurement system, temperature measurement system, pressure measurement and control system.
2. Refractory test furnace: it is a vertical test furnace with internal dimensions of 3m (long) x 3m (deep) x 1.2m (high) (the size can be customized).
3. Furnace structure: steel frame is adopted, firebrick is used to form furnace wall in the middle of steel frame, and heat insulation material of high temperature is adopted in the inner side of furnace wall. The density is more than 1000kgpm3.Lateral with colored steel, furnace lining material thickness is 65 mm, furnace temperature test temperature as high as 1250 ºC.
4. Temperature measurement system:
1)Thermocouple: The furnace, furnace using meet the requirements of GB/T 16839.1 wire diameter is 2.0 mm of K type thermocouple, nickel chrome - nickel chrome covered heat-resisting stainless steel tube, middle filled heat resistant material, the hot end stretched out the length of the casing not less than 25 mm, a total of 5 pieces, the accuracy of temperature <±15 ºC.
2) Temperature measurement of back fire surface: 0.5mm diameter thermocouple is adopted, 0.2mm thick for welding, and 12MM diameter
The large nichrome - nickel-silicon thermocouple in accordance with GB/T16839.1 shall be covered with asbestos gaskets of 30MM in length and width and 2.0mm in thickness.A total of 20.
3) Average temperature measurement: 8 thermocouples, applicable to GB/ T7633-2008 and GB/ T17428-2009
4)Maximum temperature measurement: the thermocouple is the measurement of 20 double doors with formwork lintel with cover up to the maximum width of the door leaf of 1200mm.
5) Mobile thermocouple: measure with infrared thermometer
6) Internal thermocouple: the thermocouple is 4, applicable to the measurement of internal temperature of ventilation pipe.
7) Ambient temperature measurement: armored thermocouple with diameter of 3.0mm is adopted, and K type thermocouple conforming to GB/T16839.1 specification.
8)Pressure measurement in furnace: T-shaped measuring probe, measuring accuracy ±2pa,three pieces.

12) Burner: there are 8 high-speed burners embedded in the wall of both sides, 6 on each side.Provide the heat needed to heat up the furnace.
13) Smoke exhaust: there are three smoke exhaust holes on the rear side of the furnace wall, which are connected to the back flue to discharge the smoke inside the furnace body.Control the pressure.
14) Firehole: there are two firehole on the rear side wall of the furnace body to observe the fire surface and flame of the test specimen.
15) Loading device: using a cart, 3.5m high and 3.0m wide, consisting of the car body and the test piece platform.The vehicle body is designed with four wheels, which can move on the rail. The test platform: 3.0m*3.0m square steel structure frame.During the test, the test piece platform with the test piece was hoisted to the car body with the electric hoist, and the cart was pushed to the test position and fixed, then the test was started.
16) Electrical control part: adopt MCGS configuration software and PLC program of integrated industrial computer.
