Introduction:
Testing of materials, small components and component sections for rail vehicles-Determination of burning behaviour using a gas burner.
The large combustion box is based on the method defined by the (FSF) DIN54837 Standard of the Rail vehicle Standards Committee of the German Institute for Standardization, the combustion characteristics of the materials and fittings of rail locomotives influenced by the use of gas burners with wide sleeve, and at the same time, Determine the length of samples destroyed by flame, complete combustion time, smoke development and combustion characteristics of droplets.
Through DIN54837 standard test, it is helpful to classify products according to EDIN5510-2 for combustibility, smoke formation and drop characteristics.
Suitable for flammability grades S2 to S5; smoke density grades SR1 and SR2 grades (optical attenuation integral); droplet state ST1&ST2 classification.

9. Equipped with stainless steel calibration plate, back welded 3 K-type thermocouple, temperature range of 0 to 900 degrees, used to calibrate burner flame temperature;
10. Equipped with 3 temperature display instruments, can show the calibration temperature on the calibration board The precision is 0.1 degrees;
11. Equipped with a wide-mouth burner device and a manual sliding track;
12. With 3 stainless steel samples, which can be hung on the sample holder;
13. Equipped with a smoke density measuring system, which includes an incandescent light source and a silicon light-emitting diode;
